More strikes reported in Beirut’s southern suburbs

A string of attacks on the southern suburb of Dahiyeh in Beirut were taking place late Tuesday night through early Wednesday morning local time.

Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported on Tuesday that the strikes had resulted in massive destruction, including the collapse of four adjacent residential buildings in the Burj Al-Barajneh area.

In the past, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had instructed individuals to flee buildings in the Haret Hreik and Hadath areas of Dahiyeh, stating that the IDF would soon target those locations.

The health ministry reported that strikes on portions of southern Lebanon on Monday resulted in 36 deaths and 150 injuries.
