The Unified Country's office for Palestinian displaced people (UNRWA) says numerous Palestinians are deciding to disregard clearing requests and wait.
Sam Rose, senior delegate overseer of UNRWA undertakings in Gaza, lets the BBC know this is part of the way in light of the fact that "following an extended period of this, individuals are recently finished".
"They are merely stating that they are staying put by using whatever agency they have left,"
According to him, the intensity of the conflict means that some individuals attempt to leave but are unable to do so, and approximately 100 individuals have crossed the checkpoint to the south.
"Individuals have frequently minutes just to choose what to do" when departure orders are given, he says.
"The trepidation, the embarrassment, the corruption these individuals are going through, we can start to envision what's going on and what they're feeling and the way in which long it will take them to recuperate from this, if to be sure they survive the ordeal," Rose adds.
He claims that northern Gaza's most important access points have been shut down since the end of September.
He claims that UNRWA workers were able to bring fuel yesterday to power bakeries, but that more was desperately needed for the three hospitals in the area, which house 300 patients, including eight children who are on ventilators in intensive care units.
